Is Wevtutil available on Windows XP?
I'm on a Windows XP machine and trying to convert a Windows 7 EVTX file to an EVT file; apparently this can be done with Microsoft's Wevtutil. Everything I've read indicates that the wevtutil is automatically available at the command prompt, but it's not showing up and I can't find it otherwise....
